doesnt convert anything. Click on start, creates 0byte file and says its finished. do not purchase

Doesnt work. Doesnt convert. Not good, Not user-friendly. Not to by purchased.

Convert several files, it works well so far. Clean interface, easy to operate. Great.

Tried to convert to AVI and MP4, but neither end up with audio! No website support either, only an email address that I may NEVER hear back from! Dont bother!
